Founded in 2013 as PTL Holdings, the company rebranded to 1923 Investments plc in 2017 and was officially delisted from the Malta Stock Exchange in 2025, re-registering as 1923 Investments Limited. Operating across four key areas – retail and IT solutions in Poland and Hungary as an Apple Premium Reseller, payment processing services, IT solutions, and security systems in Malta – the company continues to expand its presence. In Poland, iSpot operates 49 retail stores and service centres, while iCentre in Hungary runs five locations. With its diverse services and expertise, 1923 Investments is positioned to continue developing innovative solutions and delivering high-quality services to its customers.
